MODERN OCEANFRONT

This project was fun to work on. A great deal of time went into designing the overall layout and space due to the size of the lot and its location. This modern home is facing south and in full sun. The amount of actual square footage to install was on the low side of things. This meant the quality had to be of the highest degree.

There is a lot of foot traffic at the front of the house so curb appeal was very important to our client and their wish list. We worked on site grading, drainage, driveway, sidewalks, irrigation, roof top decks, masonry facing, courtyard walls, landscape design and finally the planting.
